This service request is used to return reading to HS from a meeter that you have performed.

1. Type in sender, email and phone number.
2. Select product type.
3. Type in ID number and select house by clicking the button on house ID.
4. Select meter number that the reading belongs to.
5. Select reading date.
6. Click Test to get updated meter stand.
7. Type in notes or message.
8. Click test and then send.
