This service request is used when changes are needed on an installation for example movals. Information about who will overtake the installation is needed also reading if possible.

1. Type in sender, email, and phone.
2. Type in ID number of existing user
3. Select the house that this affects by clicking the button house.
4. Type in ID number for the new user and invoice address
5. Type in reading date, meter number and meter stand
6. In the field "Description" you can fill in notes and messages
7. Click Test and then Send
